2013년도 LG생활건강 유스오케스트라 아카데미 2기생 추가 모집

 

『LG생활건강 유스오케스트라 아카데미』는 (사)서울로얄심포니 오케스트라와 협력하여 음악적 재능은 있으나 교육기회를 접하기 어려운 중학교 1학년- 고등학교 3학년 청소년들에게 전문적이고 체계적인 음악교육을 제공하는 LG생활건강의 대표적인 사회공헌 프로그램 입니다.

 

국내 최고의 교수진과 세계적인 음악가들이 1:1레슨, 오케스트라 수업과 더불어 정기연주회 및 우수학생 연주회 등 다양한 연주 기회를 제공함으로써 학생들의 음악적 재능을 계발하고 실력 있는 연주자로 성장시키고 있습니다.

지원 자격

1) 2013학년도 기준 중학교 1학년 ~ 고등학교 3학년 재학 중인 학생으로 음악적 재능은 있으나 교육기회를 접하기 어려운 학생

2) 매주 토요일 서울 소재 예원학교에서 레슨이 가능한 학생

3) 음악적 재능으로 학교장 혹은 지역아동센터장의 추천을 받은 학생

4) 소득기준 : 전국 가구 월평균 소득 100%이하

(※ 보건복지부 2012년 가구별·소득수준별 건강보험료 조견표, 1가구 4인기준 월소득 4,387,000원, 건강보험료 직장: 128,582원 / 지역: 149,223원 / 혼합: 130,621원 이하)

(1순위-전국 가구 월평균 소득 60%이하,2순위-전국 가구 월평균 소득 80%이하)

※ 제외 대상 : 소득수준 100%이상의 학생 또는 교육 기간 내 다른 기관의

지원을 받고 있는 학생

6.소득증빙서류 (부모 맞벌이의 경우 양측 모두 제출)

①     수급자 : 국민 기초생활수급대상자 증명서

②     직장인 : 근로소득 원천징수, 월급명세서 중 택1

③     자영업 : 소득금액 증명원, 종합소득세 확정신고서, 매출 신고서, 사업자금 입출금 통장사본(최근 3개월) 중 택1

④     일용직 : 부가세 확장신고서, 월급명세서, 소득신고서, 고용확인서, 임금확인서, 임금대장 사본 중 택1

⑤     실직자 : 실업급여 수첩 원본

⑥     기타 수입이 일정하지 않는 경우 : 연 환산수익금액, 연말정산용 소득금액 증명원 중 택1
